Portugal Moedas works daily to ensure the complete satisfaction of the collector community, both nationally and internationally. All items are selected, photographed and described with maximum rigor, ensuring transparency and confidence in every acquisition.
Return Right
If the item purchased does not meet your expectations regarding its Quality/Price ratio, you may return it within 15 business days after receiving your order.
Once the returned item is received, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 business days, using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping Costs
Depending on the situation, the acquisition and return shipping costs may be borne by the purchasing collector. These costs will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis, in a fair and transparent manner.

The reason for the return or exchange request must be duly explained, allowing us to analyze the situation with rigor and efficiency.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the applicable legislation for distance selling, the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, and may return the item without needing to present a justification. The intention to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated to Portugal Moedas in advance, before returning the item.
This right applies to both new and used items, provided that the item is returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received. All items shipped by Portugal Moedas are previously digitized using 2D scanner technology and photographed with precision, therefore the returned item must correspond entirely to the original item dispatched. Any discrepancy between the returned item and the item originally sent may invalidate the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
