We work for the complete satisfaction of our customers, we take care to respond afterwards to all orders that are submitted to our online store.
In this response that we send before any confirmation or payment, we always identify any stock shortage of an item, and when there are possible alternatives for the product we proposed, we describe differences and always attach images of the proposed products and all the others already separated for the order. We always give you the possibility to add or remove any item you wish, or even cancel the order.
It is a priority for us to provide the best service together with the best products, we intend for our clients to have total satisfaction in the quality-price ratio of the products they order from us and receive at their homes.
