João Prince Regent, tall and narrow crown with 44 pearls, 3 pearls in the central arch, 10 pearls in the front inner arches, at the beginning of the outer arches 6 pearls on the left and 5 pearls on the right, inside the same 6 pearls on the left and 4 pearls on the right, triumphant cross (♁ / ⊖), 2-point diamond diadem, in the caption letter "S" with serif, on the reverse the cross of the Order of Christ (✠ 21 mm ◁⭥ 12.5 mm), cantonated by quatrefoils with closed petals, in the caption letter "S" with serif, World Coins Portugal KM#331. Coin minted during the reign of D. João Prince Regent (1799-1816), born in Queluz on May 13, 1767, son of D. Maria I and D. Pedro III. Due to the illness of the Queen Mother, Prince D.
