All numismatists can surf freely on Portugal Moedas without the need for registration, they will only have to do so when they wish to purchase a product through direct purchase on the PM website. That is, to buy directly on the page you will have to register.
All online registrations and purchases must be made exclusively by persons over 18 years of age. To do so, simply click on the “User Account” button and then “Register now!”, filling in the fields with the requested data or at least the mandatory fields.
Note. You should bear in mind that our website is configured for the most used browsers on the web (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox), but if you get an error when registering or ordering, try another alternative browser.
Once registered, you will be able to add the products you wish to purchase to the “Shopping cart”, following the requested steps until finalizing the order.
If your order is completed successfully, you will receive an email with a copy of your order informing you that your order has entered the PM management database.
On our website, payment is not requested at the time of ordering, that is, you place the order without making any payment, and payment will only be requested after we confirm the existence of all the items ordered. Once your order is separated and ready to ship, you will be sent an email confirming the existence of all products and various payment possibilities, including postage costs and possible discounts if applicable to your order.
As a rule, attached to this e-mail reply to your order, there will be a front and back image of the coins already separated for your order, for a better analysis before confirmation.
Thus, at this stage of the confirmation request, it will be possible, whenever you wish, to add or remove coins.
Attention: If you have not received our response email within 3 working days of your request, you should check whether it went to your spam folder.
After making your payment, and once it has been validated, your order will be shipped within the next 24 working hours, by registered green mail, to the name and address shown on your registration, together with your invoice-receipt. Whenever you want your taxpayer to appear on it, you must inform us by email or in the order's remarks field.
After the shipment of the order, we will send you an email informing the CTT (Tracking) registration number so that you can track your order on the “CTT orders search” platform (This same shipping registration number will also be added in your customer and will be associated with your order).
NOTE. All orders may be refused for reasons of stock error or force majeure. Orders registered and answered, but not paid after 5 working days after our answer, will be canceled and we reserve the right to deactivate the customer's account.
