All numismatic enthusiasts can freely browse Portugal Moedas without the need for registration.
Registration is only required when you wish to purchase a product directly on the PM website.
Registration and Minimum Age
- All online registrations and purchases are restricted to individuals over 18 years of age.
- To register, click on “User Account” and then “Register now!”, filling in all required fields.
- Note: the website is optimized for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.
- If you experience any issues during registration or checkout, please try using a different browser.
Adding Products to the Cart
- Once registered, you may add the desired products to the “Shopping Cart”.
- Follow all the steps provided until you correctly complete your order.
- Upon completing your order, you must immediately receive an email with a copy of your order, confirming that it has been registered in our management system.
- If you do not receive this email, it means the process was not completed correctly.
Payment
Payment is not requested at the time of placing your order.
- You place your order without making any payment during the process.
- Payment will only be requested in our subsequent reply email, after we confirm the availability of all ordered items.
- Once your order has been prepared and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email including:
- Confirmation of all available items
- Shipping costs and possible discounts
- Available payment options
- Normally, this email includes attached combined 2D scanner images of the coins separated and prepared for your order, allowing you to verify and confirm that all requested items are correct.
- At this stage, you may add or remove coins from your order if you wish.
Important: If you do not receive our response within 3 working days, please check your spam folder.
Order Shipping
- After payment confirmation, your order will be dispatched within 24 working hours, via registered mail with tracking.
- It will be sent to the name and address provided in your account, together with the invoice/receipt.
- If you wish your tax number to be included on the invoice, please inform us via email or in the order notes.
- After dispatch, you will receive a CTT tracking number, which will also be available in your customer account.
Conditions and Cancellations
- All orders may be refused due to stock errors or force majeure.
- Orders that have been registered and replied to, but not paid within 5 working days after our payment request email, will be cancelled. (We reserve the right to deactivate the customer account in such cases.)
