• The 100$00 banknotes featuring Fernando Pessoa have five issue dates: 16 October 1986, 12 February 1987, 3 December 1987, 26 May 1988 and 24 November 1988; there is only one colour version, featuring various shades of blue and yellow. However, there are variants regarding signatures, prefixes and serial numbers.
